Quail Global is recruiting on behalf of a leading Renewable Energy IPP<\/b> for an experienced Wind Development Manager<\/b> to support the growth of
their project pipeline across Africa.<\/span>
<\/p>
This is a
key role focused on driving wind project development from early -stage
through to financial close.<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
• Lead greenfield
wind project development<\/b>
• Manage acquisition of brownfield projects<\/b>
• Coordinate tender submissions and bid processes<\/b>
• Oversee land, legal, and development workstreams<\/b>
• Drive new business development across the region<\/b>
• Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility of projects<\/b>
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver
projects on time and within budget<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>
Requirements<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
• 5+ years’
experience in wind energy project development<\/b>
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field<\/b>
• Strong experience across development planning, tenders, and project
execution<\/b>
• Solid understanding of the renewable energy regulatory environment<\/b>
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders<\/span><\/p>
